La preparación de los directivos en la dirección eficiente de los recursos humanos garantiza el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas institucionales pues son los recursos humanos los que hacen posibles estos logros. El sector educacional tiene la importante misión de formar una cultura para la gestión de sus recursos humanos en sus directivos de manera sostenida, así como la preparación de sus trabajadores para la participación activa en la toma de decisiones en el desarrollo sincrónico y perspectivo de sí mismos y de la institución. La investigación revela una variante de superación desde el desarrollo de un diplomado que posibilita el perfeccionamiento de la gestión de recursos humanos en los 15 municipios de La Habana. Se le concede un peso importante a las competencias que deben desarrollar los directivos para cumplir con las funciones en la dirección de las recursos humanos en su colectivo laboral, a favor de la satisfacción de estos para elevar la permanencia de sus miembros con el fin de minimizar el movimiento, garantizar la cobertura y dar cumplimiento al encargo social que tiene la institución educativa.
Abstract:
The formation of directors for the efficient management of the human resources guarantee fulfilling institutional objectives and aims, for it is the latter who make this happen. The educational sector has the mission of creating a culture for the sustainable management of human resources as well as for the education of workers for their active participation in decision making to favor the synchronic and perspective development of the institution and of themselves. The research shows an upgrading variant: a diploma course that allows the improvement of human resources management in the 15 municipalities of Havana Province. Competences about human resources management that directors should develop are highlighted in order to satisfy workers and guarantee permanence in their jobs, thus fulfilling the social mission of the educational institution.
