El objetivo del artículo es proponer una superación para los docentes que se desempeñan en el subsistema de la educación de Jóvenes y Adultos EDJA.
Este subsistema es de gran importancia pues atiende a todos aquellos que por alguna razón, han tenido que dejar la escuela en su etapa infantil-juvenil. Los centros de la educación de jóvenes y adultos siempre mantuvieron una planta docente muy bien preparada, sin embargo esta se vio afectada en varios momentos a partir de la última década del siglo anterior. Esto provocó que solo quedaran como docentes en plantilla, el consejo de dirección que en ocasiones son docentes con experiencia en otros subsistemas de educación y no de EDJA lo que implica la necesidad de una preparación sistemática del personal que labora en la EDJA como directivos y docentes.
Abstract:
The objective of the article is to propose an improvement for the teachers who perform in the subsystem of the education of young and adult EDJA.
This subsystem is of great importance because it caters to all those who for some reason, have had to leave the school in their infantile-juvenile stage. The Centers of education for young people and adults always maintained a very well prepared teaching plant, however it was affected at various times from the last decade of the previous century. This caused that only remain as teachers on staff, the board of directors who are sometimes teachers with experience in other subsystems of education and not EDJA what implies the need for a systematic preparation of staff working in the EDJA As managers and teachers.
