El sistema tecnológico actual de la revista electrónica Horizonte Pedagógico brinda muchas potencialidades como el manejo de la información y los contenidos del mismo, la administración del sitio en tiempo real, además de belleza y confort. Pero para que los educadores puedan acceder al mismo tiene que ser a través de internet, los profesores que no tienen acceso a internet se les dificulta poder interactuar con la revista. Por estas razones y con el fin de buscar alternativas que permitan a los docentes una mayor interacción con los contenidos de la revista se desarrolló un sitio web portable desarrollado en Opale y una aplicación para dispositivos móviles con sistema operativo Android.
Abstract:
The current technological system of the electronic magazine Horizonte Pedagógico offers many potentials such as the management of information and its contents, the administration of the site in real time, as well as beauty and comfort. But for educators to access it has to be through the Internet, teachers who do not have access to the Internet have difficulty interacting with the magazine. For these reasons and in order to find alternatives that allow teachers to interact more with the contents of the magazine, a portable website developed in Opale and an application for mobile devices with an Android operating system was developed
