As methods prevailed the systematization of the socio-educational work, the documentary study, the analysis - synthesis, the establishment of regularities. With the systemic structural method, participant observation, surveys, interviews and document analysis were used; all this to expose a methodological proposal that promotes participatory management based on socio-educational work from the actors involved in educational institutions, family, community, local and territorial.
