Las instituciones educacionales tienen hoy un gran reto que se basa en el logro del perfeccionamiento de los procesos institucionales para la formación integral de los educandos y de la comunidad educativa. La escuela debe dar respuesta a las necesidades educativa de la diversidad que caracterizan los grupos de clase, estas generan desigualdad y dificultades en las relaciones interpersonales entre todos los que participan, por lo que es importante propiciar un ambiente educativo de respeto, seguro, acogedor, participativo, protagónico, donde las personas estén motivadas y comprometidas a estar y pertenecer. Para esto se deben identificar los valores inclusivos que se comparten y no se comparte, a manera de diagnóstico, plantearse objetivos estratégicos institucionales y grupales a mediano y largo plazo, así como identificar los comportamientos individuales inclusivos que propicien su cumplimiento y garantizar la formación de agentes de cambio que influyan en el resto de la sociedad. En este sentido, es una necesidad preparar los equipos de dirección de las instituciones educacionales, y con este fin se utilizó la Consultoría Cooperada y Combinada como tipo de asesoría pedagógica para la preparación de los dirigentes desde el puesto de trabajo.
Abstract:
Educational institutions today have a great challenge that is based on achieving the improvement of institutional processes for the comprehensive training of students and the educational community. The school must respond to the educational needs of the diversity that characterize the class groups, these generate inequality and difficulties in interpersonal relationships among all those who participate, so it is important to promote an educational environment of respect, safe, welcoming, participatory, protagonist, where people are motivated and committed to being and belonging. For this, the inclusive values that are shared and not shared must be identified, as a diagnosis, establishing institutional and group strategic objectives in the medium and long term, as well as identifying the inclusive individual behaviors that promote their fulfillment and guaranteeing the formation of agents of change that influence the rest of society. In this sense, it is a necessity to prepare the management teams of educational institutions, and for this purpose, the Cooperative and Combined Consulting was used as a type of pedagogical advice for the preparation of leaders from the workplace.
