La resiliencia se ha convertido en un concepto de gran interés durante estos estos últimos años y se ha convertido además en un término popular. En este artículo la autora revisa la información acerca de resiliencia y clarifica algunos aspectos centrales como es la definición y sus características. Las diferentes definiciones del concepto, clasificándolo acorde a la relación que hacen los autores sobre los conceptos de adaptabilidad, capacidad y competencia, llevan a la autora a definir el concepto que se asume en el presente artículo. Se pretende así, exponer cómo se puede promover la resiliencia en la familia y la comunidad y se concretan acciones para ello.
Abstract:
Resilience has become a concept of great interest during the last years and is becoming besides a popular term.In this article the author reviews the existing information about resilience, and clarifies some of its central aspects such as its definition and characteristics. The different definitions of the concept, classifying them according to the relationship different authors make about concepts of adaptability, capacity and competence, lead the author to define the concept that is assumed in this article. The aim in to show resilience can be promoted in the family and the community and concrete actions are established for this.
