El trabajo que se presenta aborda la temática relacionada con la superación de los graduados universitarios en nuestro país y particularmente los profesores de la enseñanza media, del área de Ciencias Naturales, ajustándose a las normas y resoluciones que dictamina y regula el Ministerio de Educación Superior.
El desarrollo social exige de la continuidad de estudios de los egresados de la enseñanza superior, para profundizar en las áreas donde se desempeñan y para los profesores se convierte en una de las principales líneas de su accionar diario. El saber, estrechamente vinculado a la práctica, es una fuerza social transformadora que el posgrado fomenta permanentemente para promover el desarrollo sostenible de la sociedad.
Debe puntualizarse, que la superación profesional tiene como objetivo la formación permanente y la actualización sistemática de los graduados universitarios, el perfeccionamiento del desempeño de sus actividades profesionales y académicas, así como el enriquecimiento de su acervo cultural.
El objetivo del trabajo es proponer un programa de Geografía Física, para desarrollar con los profesores de Ciencias Naturales de Secundaria Básica que imparten la asignatura, lo que les permitirá la profundización y actualización de los contenidos.
Abstract:
The work presented deals with the subject related to the overcoming of the university graduates in our country and particularly the professors of the secondary education, of the area of Natural Sciences, adjusting to the norms and resolutions that dictates and regulates the Ministry of Higher Education.
The social development requires of the continuity of studies of the graduates of the higher education, to deepen in the areas where they work and for the teachers it becomes one of the main lines of their daily actions. Knowledge, closely linked to practice, is a transforming social force that the graduate program permanently promotes to promote the sustainable development of society.
It should be pointed out that professional improvement aims at the permanent training and systematic updating of university graduates, the improvement of the performance of their professional and academic activities, as well as the enrichment of their cultural heritage.
The objective of the work is to propose a program of Physical Geography, to develop with the teachers of Natural Sciences of Secondary School that teach the subject, which will allow them to deepen and update the contents.
