En la actualidad la enseñanza de la Lengua Materna constituye una de las prioridades del Sistema Nacional de Educación. Los escolares con necesidades especiales también requieren de esa formación, y para lograrlo requieren mayores niveles de atención integral. La escuela cubana tiene esa noble y difícil misión de formar integralmente a las nuevas generaciones, preparándolas para vivir en una época de avances vertiginosos en la tecnología de la información, cuyo impacto social es tan grande y en ocasiones tan rápido, que precisa de una concepción que asegure una mayor vigencia de los conocimientos y sus posibilidades de aplicación a nuevas condiciones, para formar un ser creativo y con mente flexible. Esta exploración surge por la necesidad de dar respuesta a uno de los problemas de los escolares con hipoacusia, en el proceso de construcción de textos escritos. La misma tiene como objetivo profundizar en la preparación del maestro para la enseñanza de la construcción de textos escritos a estos escolares; por la importancia del mismo para acceder a la información, al conocimiento, la educación y a la cultura con igualdad de condiciones al resto de las personas oyentes.
Abstract:
At present, the teaching of the Mother Tongue is one of the priorities of the National Education System. Schoolchildren with special needs also require this training, and to achieve this they require higher levels of comprehensive care. The Cuban school has that noble and difficult mission to comprehensively train the new generations, preparing them to live in a time of rapid advances in information technology, whose social impact is so great and sometimes so fast, that it needs a conception that ensures a greater validity of knowledge and its possibilities of application to new conditions, to form a creative and flexible mind. This exploration arises from the need to respond to one of the problems of students with hearing loss, in the process of construction of written texts. It aims to deepen the preparation of the teacher for teaching the construction of written texts to these students; for the importance of it to access information, knowledge, education and culture with equal conditions to the rest of the hearing people.
