Abstract

La formación científica, constituye una prioridad para el mejoramiento del sistema educativo cubano. En el municipio La Lisa para garantizar la sistemática atención a los máster se desarrolló un proyecto institucional que posibilitó la ayuda en la preparación de estos recursos humanos a partir acciones que contribuyeron a que en el territorio actualmente existan más de 290 docentes que poseen el título académico de máster en Ciencias de la Educación y 7 doctores en ciencias, en las diferentes menciones formativas. A pesar de tener un número significativo de graduados de másteres aún existen insuficiencias en su desempeño entre las cuales se encuentran: la introducción y generalización de los resultados científicos, la tutoría científica, la dirección y el protagonismo en el trabajo metodológico y la producción intelectual. Se propone un sistema de acciones para el mejoramiento del desempeño científico-pedagógico que se sustenta desde el diagnóstico, caracterización, planificación, organización, ejecución y la evaluación. Esta experiencia se puso en práctica en el municipio La Lisa desde el año 2008 con la primera graduación de máster hasta la actualidad como uno de los resultados científicos del proyecto institucional con resultados satisfactorios evidenciado en el protagonismo de estos docentes en actividades científicas y pedagógicas en todos los niveles: municipal, provincial, nacional e internacional.

Abstract:

Scientific training is a priority for the improvement of the Cuban educational system. In the municipality of La Lisa to guarantee the systematic attention to the master's degrees, an institutional project was developed that made possible the help in the preparation of these human resources from actions that contributed to the fact that in the territory there are currently more than 290 teachers who hold the academic title of Master's Degree in Educational Sciences and 7 PhDs in Sciences, in the different training mentions. Despite having a significant number of master's degree graduates, there are still inadequacies in their performance, among which are: the introduction and generalization of scientific results, scientific tutoring, leadership and protagonism in methodological work and intellectual production. A system of actions is proposed for the improvement of the scientific-pedagogical performance that is sustained from the diagnosis, characterization, planning, organization, execution and evaluation. This experience was implemented in the municipality of La Lisa since 2008 with the first master's degree to date as one of the scientific results of the institutional project with satisfactory results evidenced in the protagonism of these teachers in scientific and pedagogical activities in all the levels: municipal, provincial, national and international.
