El artículo que se presenta es el resultado de una experiencia educativa desarrollada por la autora durante los últimos cinco años, desde la necesidad de incorporar la comunicación en función de la dirección escolar, en niños y trabajadores con la intención de dar respuesta a las demandas cada vez más creciente de la sociedad. Se aborda la plataforma general conceptual de la comunicación, para favorecer el mejoramiento humano. La alternativa diseñada da respuesta a las exigencias de la sociedad actual a los docentes, considerando las prioridades de la comunicación en el ámbito escolar, facilitando la educación en valores. En los niños y niñas se desarrollan cualidades positivas, normas de comportamiento, hábitos correctos y valores que lo preparan para la vida.
Abstract:
The article is the result of an educational experience developed in the last five years. It emerged out of the necessity to use communication in favor of school management in order to satisfy the growing demands of society. The general conceptual platform of communication is dealt with in order to favor human improvement. The designed alternative satisfies the growing demands society imputes on teachers, considering the priorities of communication in school and facilitating education through values. These values develop positive qualities, behavior patterns, proper habits that prepare children for life.
