El maestro de la Educación Primaria tiene que trabajar con diferentes niveles de capacidad, con ritmos y estilos de aprendizaje disímiles, con necesidades, intereses y motivaciones muy singulares, así como con estudiantes que provienen de medios socioeconómicos y culturales distintos. Cómo enfrentar la atención a estas diferencias es, sin lugar a dudas, uno de los retos esenciales para una escuela inclusiva.La atención a la diversidad educativa como una respuesta pedagógica a las diferencias individuales existentes en los educandos que se manifiesta en forma de necesidades educativas y en correspondencia con las condiciones de su desarrollo biológico, psicológico, y social, se concreta en la estimulación de las potencialidades de todos los alumnos para lograr un aprendizaje para la vida (ser, conocer, hacer, convivir, y emprender) y requiere de la aplicación de diferentes recursos metodológicos. La intención del presente trabajo está dirigida más que a dar elementos acabados sobre la temática que nos ocupa, es compartir algunos criterios relacionados con la atención a la diversidad, desde la escuela primaria.
Abstract:
The teacher of the Primary Education has to work with different levels of capacity, with rhythms and styles of learning dissimilar, with necessities, interests and very singular motivations, as well as with students that come from different socioeconomic and cultural means. How to face the attention to these differences is, without place to doubts, one of the essential challenges for an inclusive school. The attention to the educational diversity as a pedagogic answer to the existent individual differences in the educandos that are manifested in form of educational necessities and in correspondence with the conditions of their biological, psychological, and social development, it is summed up in the stimulation of the potentialities of all the students to achieve a learning for the life (to be, to know, to make, to cohabit, and to undertake) and it requires of the application of different methodological resources. The intention of the present work is directed more than to give completed elements on the thematic one that occupies us, it is to share some approaches related with the attention to the diversity, from the primary school.
