Abstract

La investigación presenta la caracterización del estado inicial de la preparación del docente para potenciar el desarrollo de la inteligencia de los alumnos de la Escuela Militar Camilo Cienfuegos de Artemisa. El objetivo consistió en potenciar el desarrollo de la inteligencia a través de la preparación eficiente del docente definiendo las dimensiones y los indicadores. Se procedió a la búsqueda de la bibliografía que permitió elaborar las definiciones y la operacionalización en dimensiones e indicadores lo cual tributó a el rediseño y el perfeccionamiento. Desde un enfoque dialéctico-materialista se utilizaron diferentes métodos de nivel teórico, empírico y estadísticos que permitieron realizar la caracterización de este proceso y precisar las fortalezas y las limitaciones.

Abstract:

The research presents the characterization of the initial state of teacher preparation to enhance the development of the intelligence of the students of the Military School Camilo Cienfuegos Artemisa. The objective was to enhance the development of intelligence through the efficient preparation of the teacher Defining dimensions and indicators. In order to do this, we proceeded to the search of the bibliography that allowed elaborating the definitions and the operationalization in dimensions and indicators which taxed the redesign and the improvement. From a dialectical-materialist approach, different theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used to characterize this process and to specify the strengths and limitations.
