Para la toma de decisiones y dar respuesta a las necesidades educativas de los escolares con sordoceguera, por la complejidad y heterogeneidad de esta población, es fundamental la preparación científico- metodológica de los docentes que los atienden, los cuales aún necesitan adquirir conocimientos que les permita asumir con mayor preparación el proceso de atención educativa a estos escolares. Para ello se diseñó un Manual que contiene algunos temas sistematizados por las autoras y otros que tuvieron en cuenta por la pertinencia de estos en el trabajo que se realiza con los niños, adolescentes y jóvenes con sordoceguera, así como algunas sugerencias sobre cómo desarrollar valores en estos escolares durante la puesta en práctica de las actividades que se desarrollan. Este material le permite a los docentes profundizar conocimientos, desarrollar el pensamiento reflexivo, crear y actuar transformadoramente en el contexto donde se desenvuelven los escolares con sordoceguera. Se encuentra a nivel de generalización.
Abstract:
In order to make decisions and respond to the educational needs of schoolchildren with deafblindness, due to the complexity and heterogeneity of this population, the scientific-methodological preparation of the teachers who attend them is fundamental, and they still need to acquire knowledge that allows them to assume with greater preparation the process of educational attention to these students. To this end, a Manual was designed that contains some topics systematized by the authors and others that took into account the relevance of these in the work that is carried out with children, adolescents and young people with deafblindness, as well as some suggestions on how to develop values in These students during the implementation of the activities that are developed. This material allows teachers to deepen knowledge, develop reflective thinking, create and act transformatively in the context where students with deafblindness develop. It is at the level of generalization.
