En la actualidad educacional cubana se lleva a cabo el Experimento para la elaboración del currículo institucional que se concreta en el Proyecto Educativo Institucional el cual es una propuesta integradora, flexible y contextual que deviene proceso y resultado de la toma de decisiones compartidas por la comunidad educativa. Para cumplir con esta importante misión, el sistema educacional debe superar a los directivos de manera sostenida para lograr buenos resultados en su desempeño así como una elevada motivación, pertinencia, compromiso con la labor educativa que desarrollan. En los tres cortes evaluativos efectuados, una de las dimensiones que tiene más dificultades es la Dirección de Trabajo Metodológico dada la falta de preparación que tienen directivos y docentes. El presente trabajo revela la satisfacción de los directivos con la superación recibida en el curso de postgrado para lograr las transformaciones que se requieren en la dirección de trabajo metodológico. Su concepción teórico práctica permite preparar de manera particular a los directores que participan en la elaboración, ejecución y evaluación del Proyecto Educativo Institucional y dentro del mismo planificar, organizar, controlar y evaluar la preparación metodológica de los directivos y docentes, a partir del diagnóstico, en sus dos direcciones y utilizando las diferentes formas del trabajo metodológico, fundamentalmente la asesoría y la consultoría cooperada como vía para la preparación y autopreparación.
Abstract:
At present, the Cuban educational program carries out the experiment for the elaboration of the institutional curriculum that is concretised in the institutional educational project which is an integrative, flexible and contextual proposal that becomes a process and result of the Decision-making shared by the educational community. In order to fulfill this important mission, the educational system must overcome the executives in a sustained way to achieve good results in their performance as well as a high motivation, relevance, commitment to the educational work they develop. In the three evaluation cuts made, one of the dimensions that has the most difficulties is the methodological Directorate of work given the lack of preparation that have managers and teachers. This paper reveals the satisfaction of the executives with the improvement received in the postgraduate course to achieve the transformations that are required in the Directorate of methodological work. Its theoretical practical conception allows to prepare in a particular way the directors who participate in the elaboration, execution and evaluation of the institutional educational project and within the same plan, organize, control and evaluate the preparation Methodological of the managers and teachers, from the diagnosis, in both directions and using the different forms of the methodological work, mainly the consultancy and the consultancy cooperated as way for the preparation and self-preparation.
