El presente artículo es resultado del proyecto Formación de formadores en integración de las TICs en procesos educativos, que se desarrolla en la Dirección de Tecnología Educativa en la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas Enrique José Varona (UCPEJV). Las relaciones entre las nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TICs) y la educación tienen que ver con todas las condiciones contextuales que se ofrecen para liderar los procesos. Si los directivos están capacitados para desarrollar un liderazgo visionario, poseen una cultura de aprendizaje para la era digital y la promueven; logran demostrar excelencia en su práctica profesional y en el mejoramiento sistémico, así como reconocen, apoyan y exigen responsabilidad de los docentes por el uso efectivo de las TICs, está garantizada una universidad como la que se aspira para la educación superior cubana de hoy.
Abstract:
This article is the result of the training of trainers in the integration of TICs in educational processes, which is developed in the direction of educational technology at the University of Pedagogical Sciences Enrique Jose Varona. The relationship between new information and communication technologies (TICs) and education is all about the contextual conditions that are offered to lead the processes. If managers are trained to develop visionary leadership, they have a culture of learning for the digital age and promote it. They are able to demonstrate excellence in their professional practice and systemic improvement, as well as recognizing, supporting and demanding teachers ' responsibility for the effective use of TICs, a university is guaranteed to be the one that aspires to higher education Cuban today.
