El perfeccionamiento de planes de estudio es un proceso continuo, dinámico, de acercamiento permanente a las condiciones reales del desarrollo social y del progreso de las ciencias. Ello obliga a un trabajo sistemático de análisis de los resultados de su ejecución por el colectivo de docentes de la carrera. En este artículo se resume los resultados de la investigación educativa que tuvo como objetivo estructurar una metodología de validación sistemática del plan de estudio de la carrera con el inicio de los planes de estudio D en las carreras pedagógicas. Los resultados sirvieron de referente para el actual proceso de transformación curricular con carreras de cuatro años de duración y una nueva estructura de carreras, reflejo de un mayor acercamiento a las necesidades y exigencias del eslabón de base de la profesión de educador.
Abstract:
The improvement of curricula is a continuous, dynamic process of permanent approach to the real conditions of social development and the progress of science. This requires a systematic analysis of the results of their execution by the teachers ' collective of the race. This article summarizes the results of the educational research that aimed to structure a methodology of systematic validation of the curriculum of the career with the initiation of the plans of study D in the pedagogical careers. The results served as a benchmark for the current process of curriculum transformation with four-year careers and a new career structure, reflecting a greater approach to the needs and requirements of the base link of the profession of Educator.
