El artículo presenta una sistematización de la superación posgraduada a partir de resultados de investigación derivados de proyectos o formación académica desde la UCP “Enrique José Varona”, expresa la pertinencia de su socialización en el entorno social en que se desarrollan y su contribución e impacto en otras ciencias, lo cual ha permitido el mejoramiento en el desempeño de sus profesionales y egresados. Se aportan resultados y experiencias de avanzada donde se integran investigación, postgrado y evaluación del proceso y del impacto, mostrando la responsabilidad social de la universidad en correspondencia con el momento histórico concreto que vive el país y el mundo.
Abstract:
The article presents a systematization of the postgraduate improvement from research results derived from projects or academic training from the UCP "Enrique José Varon", expresses the relevance of its socialization in the social environment in which They develop and their contribution and impact in other sciences, which has allowed the improvement in the performance of their professionals and graduates. Results and advanced experiences are provided where research, postgraduate and evaluation of the process and impact are integrated, showing the social responsibility of the University in correspondence with the specific historical moment that the country and the world live.
