La gestión de procesos educativos, gestados desde la visión estratégica institucional, constituye un verdadero instrumento para la misión formativa desde referentes teóricos y metodológicos. El artículo demuestra una variante que fundamenta el accionar directivo, el cual ha sido configurado durante varios años en un liceo científico tecnológico, a partir de materializar una alternativa pedagógica que tiene en cuenta los componentes de la gestión, lo cual permite fortalecer el liderazgo organizacional con la perspectiva del vínculo institución-empresa en la solución de problemas profesionales, al considerar el impacto de la relación de la formación, integración y la labor pedagógica en una comunidad educadora.
Abstract:
The management of the education processes, developed from an institutional strategic vision, are real instruments to the formative management from scientific referents. The article demonstrates a variant that support the manager pedagogical actions, that has been formed during some years in a technological scientific high school, by means of a pedagogical alternative taking into account the management components, to allow the strengthen of the organizational leadership with the links between institution- company in the solutions of the professional problems, considering the impact of the relation in formation, integration and pedagogical work in an educative community.
