La gestión científica como un tipo de actividad pedagógica profesional de dirección, se orienta específicamente hacia el uso, aprovechamiento y desarrollo ordenado de la superación profesional, la investigación pedagógica, la gestión informativa, la publicación científica, la introducción de resultados y la socialización científica, llevados a efectos de modo cada vez más consciente y sistematizado y llegando a formar en el personal una cultura científica que asegura, la elevación de la calidad del servicio educacional. El artículo fundamenta una valoración crítica del proceso directivo para la gestión científica del personal docente desde el sistema de trabajo en la Dirección Provincial de Educación en La Habana.
Abstract:
The scientific management, as a type of professional pedagogical managerial activity, is specifically oriented to the organized usage, exploitation, and development of professional upgrading, pedagogical research, information administration, and scientific publication, the introduction of results and the scientific socialization carried out consciously and in a systemic manner to create a scientific culture that guarantees a qualitative increase in the educational service. The article supports a critical analysis of the administrative process for the scientific management of the teaching personnel based on the work system at Provincial Education Management in Havana
