Abstract

La práctica pedagógica profesional es la vía eficaz, que permite insertar al estudiante de nivel medio que se forma como maestro en el proceso educativo de la escuela, con lo que se acerca a la realidad profesional y social. En el accionar diario, crea su espacio para expresar los conocimientos, reflexionar acerca de los logros y deficiencias, confrontar su trabajo con el resto de los compañeros, lo que le permite jugar un papel protagónico en la formación y desarrollo de la personalidad como profesional de la Educación. Se propone realizar talleres profesionales pedagógicos con el propósito de potenciar la formación del estudiante que se prepara como maestro en su práctica pedagógica profesional.

Abstract:

Professional pedagogical practice is the most efficient way to insert high school teacher students in the educational process of school thus approaching to his professional and social reality. In his daily practice he creates his own space to talk about his knowledge, think about his successes and failures, and contrast his work with that of the other student teachers. This allowing him a leading role in the formation and development of his personality as an education professional. That is why that professional pedagogical workshops are suggested to contribute to develop the teacher students’ formation through professional pedagogical practice.
