The search for transformation processes aimed at raising the quality of teaching work in Cuban education has been a systematic and progressive purpose at various times in the historical process. With the conception of the continuous improvement of the national education system, early childhood takes on challenges in teacher preparation. The present research presents an analysis of the specialized bibliography on the subject of teachers in the aesthetic training of students, with the assembly of the artistic brigade. The initial diagnosis carried out through empirical methods showed the needs of the teachers, in the treatment of the contents of musical education and its instrumentation in the different forms of organization of the educational process. The research aims to prepare early childhood teachers in the educational processes of music, dance and theater, which allows the promotion of an aesthetic attitude for the enjoyment of everything beautiful in any manifestation of art. Therefore, it is necessary for teachers to be well prepared, to know essential elements in its implementation, thus guaranteeing the quality of the educational process and raising their professional performance. In the verification, a satisfactory result was obtained, which allowed the improvement of the teachers' way of acting, evidenced in their professional growth, in correspondence with the diagnosis of their methodological needs and competencies.
