This scientific article is based on research into the basic elements, which have been termed diagnostic, organizational, and structural, which allow for the development of a joint methodological support process for implementing and monitoring pedagogical actions. These actions have been designed to support, through guidance, the preparation of principals and teachers, thereby contributing to raising the quality of the educational process. The study of the theory and the diagnostic verification required the application of the following methods: analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, and modeling, as well as observation, interviews, and surveys. The theoretical-methodological conception is based on the systematization and assessment carried out by the authors, about the theoretical-methodological conceptions related to the treatment of the School Organization and the preparation of the directors, which served as a starting point to delve into the contextualization of a basic process focused on the development of the articulating thematic axis, the process of direction of the school organization. The research proposal presented aims to propose a theoretical-methodological conception in School Organization, for directors and teachers of the Professional Technical Education of Havana, it is assumed as a way to direct this process, the preparation of those who intervene in the improvement of school management, guarantee the quality of education and the transformation of Cuban educational institutions, in compliance with the purpose of education.
