La formación científica, constituye una prioridad para el mejoramiento del sistema educativo cubano. En el municipio La Lisa para garantizar la sistemática atención a los másteres se desarrolló un proyecto institucional que posibilitó la ayuda en la preparación de estos recursos humanos a partir acciones que contribuyeron a que en el territorio actualmente gestione un sistema de superación posgraduada. El artículo refleja el papel del rol científico pedagógico de los masters y doctores en ciencias a favor del mejoramiento del proceso educativo.
Abstract:
Scientific training is a priority for the improvement of the Cuban educational system. In the municipality of La Lisa to ensure the systematic attention to the Masters was developed an institutional project that enabled the help in the preparation of these human resources from actions that contributed to that in the territory currently manages a Postgraduate improvement System. The article reflects the role of the scientific pedagogical role of the Masters and doctors in science in favor of the improvement of the educational process.
