Abstract

El artículo parte de la preparación y superación de los cuadros y reservas educacionales y su vinculación con la formación permanente de estos, cuya proyección se concreta en el plan de desarrollo individual del directivo. Se define operacionalmente el término plan de desarrollo individual del directivo, algunas características a tener en cuenta en su elaboración, así como los contenidos del mismo a partir de lo establecido en la Estrategia Nacional de Preparación y Superación de los Cuadros del estado y del Gobierno y sus reservas, aprobada por el Consejo de Estado en el año 2010.

Abstract:

The part work of the preparation and surmounting of the squares and reserve educational and your association with the permanent formation of these, whose projection is made concrete in the plain of individual development of the directive.  It is defined operative the plain term of individual development of the directive, some characteristics to keep in mind in your manufacture, as well as the contents of the same thing as of it established in the national strategy of preparation and surmounting of the squares of the state and of the government and your reserves, passed for the council of state in the year 2010.
