El artículo parte de la preparación y superación de los cuadros y reservas educacionales y su vinculación con la formación permanente de estos, cuya proyección se concreta en el plan de desarrollo individual del directivo. Se define operacionalmente el término plan de desarrollo individual del directivo, algunas características a tener en cuenta en su elaboración, así como los contenidos del mismo a partir de lo establecido en la Estrategia Nacional de Preparación y Superación de los Cuadros del estado y del Gobierno y sus reservas, aprobada por el Consejo de Estado en el año 2010.
Abstract:
