Una de las preocupaciones actuales de la formación del profesional de la educación en las universidades pedagógicas está en su participación protagónica en las diferentes actividades y contextos en que cumple las funciones como estudiante profesor por lo que se hace evidente la necesidad de fundamentar desde el punto de vista teórico y metodológico el desarrollo del protagonismo estudiantil desde la formación inicial de profesional de la educación como una vía esencial en la formación de los valores compartidos.
El artículo establece la interrelación entre la participación y el protagonismo estudiantil, lo cual se expresa a través de las acciones profesionales, que constituyen las bases de la actuación profesional en las que se forman los valores, convirtiéndose en elementos indispensables para transformarse a sí mismo y a su vez a la propia actividad pedagógica.
Abstract:
One of the main concerns in the present formation of teachers in pedagogical universities lies in the leading role their students should play in the different activities and contexts where they perform as teacher-students. That is why supporting the leading role of students at the university from a theoretical and practical viewpoints becomes a necessity in the formation of shared values.
In the article the interrelation between participation and leading role of students is stated which is shown through professional actions which constitute the basis for professional performance where values are formed; being these essential elements to transform oneself and the very pedagogical practice.
