Abstract

The work addresses the problem of the management of the training of novice teachers in the General Pedagogical Training Department DFPG. It is the result of the doctoral thesis that is part of the research project: strategic management in the improvement of organizational learning at the Enrique José Varona University of Pedagogical Sciences (UCPEJV), integrated to the Network of Strategic Management in Higher Education (RDEES). Objective: to present a strategy focused on organizational learning that contributes to the improvement of the management of the training of novice teachers in the DFPG. The research adheres to the mixed approach by combining quantitative and qualitative methods.
