Support processes for the professional improvement of cadres

Abstract

The objective of this article is to highlight the events of greatest historical significance that mark the importance that the leadership of the Revolution has given to the issue of the professional improvement of cadres. Different definitions of professional improvement and some of the organizational forms established by the Postgraduate Education Regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education are also outlined: the course, professional workshops and on-the-job training. Likewise, references to the quality management system in the Higher Organization of Business Management, Foreign Trade Business Group, with outstanding experience in international trade, as well as strategic processes, key processes and above all, emphasis is placed on the processes are necessary. support. It is intended to contribute to the assimilation of knowledge and development of skills about support processes through professional improvement in cadres, which can be useful for its implementation in companies, budgeted units and new forms of non-state management, since its application will contribute to a better performance of the cadres in their work activities and also in the personal order, using theoretical and empirical methods, documentary analysis, synthetic analytics, as well as observation in different events, surveys and interviews with cadres and managers.
