The forms of work constitute the content of the educational transformations in the III Improvement of the National Education System and within these, the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) must be managed by the educational institution. In this investigation, the management of the PEI was carried out in two moments: in the first, the awareness and preparation of the Board of Directors was carried out through the Cooperated and Combined consultancy. The second was inserted in the stages of the work system between the months of September and October. It was aimed at raising awareness and preparing all those who participate (September), as well as accompanying management and technical bodies in the deployment of management (October). The actions were characterized by the leading participation of all members of the educational institution, the family and the agents of the community in decision-making. At this time, the different responsibilities that the Board of Directors granted to the management and technical bodies in the management process of the PEI and its fundamental activity focused on the monitoring, control and evaluation of the results of its execution.
