In this article, a study was carried out on the pedagogical training of the specialists of the work directions who work as teachers and/or tutors of the students of the Polytechnic Centers in order to transmit their professional experiences and promote theoretical learning. practical. In this sense, the main objective of the article was to present a training strategy based on the integration of the triad of Polytechnic Centers, Labor Directorates and the Provincial Institute of Labor Studies to improve the professional pedagogical performance of the specialists in work and social security of the directorates. of work in the specialties of Human Capital Management and Social Work in the province of Pinar del Río. The scientific novelty lies in a new conception for the improvement of training in Professional Technical Education with the coordinated work of the Polytechnic Center, Labor Entities and the Provincial Institute of Labor Studies, through work in mixed teams. Analysis and synthesis methods, document review, system approach, direct observation in the field, pre-experiment are used. The favorable impacts on professional pedagogical performance were observed in a sample of 50 specialists in labor and social security from the labor departments, as well as 8 professors from the Polytechnic Centers and 10 professors from the Provincial Institute of Labor Studies, who will be in charge of teaching the different forms of training. Which could be generalized in any labor entity for the pedagogical preparation of its specialists.
