This reflective investigation the importance that has the culture like key factor for the development of the society, eternally bound topic to the human and inherent essence to the man's own existence like social being. The university, as institution, is a privileged scenario for the formation of human resources and social channeled to the promotion of socially responsible professionals. To reach this purpose, you must imply in a formative process that responds to the current and future demands, starting from the formation, the investigation and the extension. Where the extension is the youngest and dynamic in these processes nouns, and its formative process consummates it having to the cultural promotion as function and method. This work recognizes the importance that has the culture in the process of integral formation of the professional futures. Space where the sub one is inserted I process extensions of the Artist Amateur’s Movement of the University Student Federation. Its contribution to the formative process presupposes he/she needs of well-conceived actions promotion so that they satisfy the demands that the society outlines to the educational institution. This work has as objective to investigate in the theoretical bases that sustain the process of the artist amateurs of the formation as promoter’s cultural university students, from the diverse sciences of the education, so that it allows the definition and justification of the foundations that endorse this process in the context of the current Cuban university.
