La Primera Infancia es la etapa fundamental en el proceso de formación de la personalidad del individuo y ello requiere una educación competente que potencie el desarrollo integral de los niños de 0–6 años, demandando una preparación integral, inicial y permanente del docente encargado de estas funciones. La superación como proceso sistemático dirigido al desarrollo del profesional debe dar solución a lo que se desea en el desarrollo de los conocimientos, habilidades y cualidades de los docentes.
El artículo aborda reflexiones teórico metodológicas sobre la superación permanente de los docentes de la Primera Infancia en correspondencia con la búsqueda de necesidades y carencias profesionales, para tener un conocimiento actualizado de su preparación en los ámbitos nacionales e internacionales que son aspectos que contribuyen al perfeccionamiento del desempeño en su práctica educativa.
El objetivo fundamental del artículo, es abordar la superación docente desde la filosofía martiana de la educación y los referentes del proceso educativo desarrollador.
Abstract:
Babyhood is the fundamental stage in the process of formation of the personality of the individual and it requires a competent education that increase the power of the integral development of 0–6's children years, demanding an integral preparation, initial and permanent of the teacher entrusted with these shows. The overcoming like systematic process once the professional's development was addressed to must yield solution so that it is desired in the development of knowledge, abilities and the teachers' attributes.
The article tackles theoretic reflections methodological on the permanent overcoming of the teachers of the Babyhood in mail with the quest of needs and professional scarcities, to have a knowledge updated of his preparation in the national and international spaces that aspects that contribute to the perfecting of the performance in his educational practice are.
The fundamental objective of the article, martiana is of discussing the teaching overcoming from philosophy education and the referent ones belonging to the educational process developer.
