Abstract

En la actualidad, se hace necesario destacar la importancia que tiene la formación del educador de la primera infancia, debido a la responsabilidad que deben asumir desde sus múltiples roles dentro de la familia y la sociedad, además del compromiso social de educar a las nuevas generaciones. Para el logro del desarrollo integral, las habilidades musicales y escénicas son fundamentales, sin embargo los estudiantes de la carrera de Educación inicial y parvularia, teniendo en cuenta la muestra seleccionada, presentan dificultades. La sociedad salvadoreña está avanzando en cuanto a la formación de estas educadoras. El Ministerio de Educación Ciencia y Tecnología por medio del Gobierno actual y otras instituciones gubernamentales y no gubernamentales realizan esfuerzos para garantizarlo. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo: fundamentar elementos teórico-metodológicos relacionados con el objeto de estudio seleccionado.

Abstract:

 Since it is now essential to highlight the importance of early childhood educator training, due to the responsibility they must assume from    their multiple roles within the family and society, this in addition to the social commitment they must have as trainers in the careers of the initial formation; because in those ages a comprehensive education must be provided highlighting the musical and stage skills as part of the integral development of the child. Salvador and society is making progress in this training, and the Ministry of Education Science and Technology through the current Government and other governmental and non-governmental institutions are making efforts to ensure that this population is becoming more aware of the importance. The main problem that is intended to be solved with this research is to substantiate theoretical-methodological elements related to the selected object of study.
