La necesidad de contribuir al desarrollo de un proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje dinámico, flexible y sustentado en la aplicación de técnicas participativas que contribuyan al desarrollo de la creatividad en los estudiantes deviene reto para cualquier sistema educativo. De manera particular ello es un reto si de la enseñanza secundaria básica, en Cuba, se trata, para lo cual se tiene en cuenta por un lado las complejidades inherentes al nivel y, por otro, la diversidad del personal docente que asume la dirección del proceso desde su condición de licenciados como profesores generales integrales que en la actualidad desde una especialización en dos asignaturas reorienta su accionar con las limitaciones que se derivan de ello. En el artículo se presenta una sistematización de los principales resultados que se derivan de la aplicación del proyecto “Unidos para Educar”.
Abstract:
The need of a dynamic and flexible teaching-learning process supported in the implementation of participative techniques that contribute to develop students’ creativity constitutes a challenge to any educational system. In particular, to that of secondary education in Cuba given the complexity of this educational level and the diversity of schoolteachers undertaking the direction of the process. These teachers graduated as general teachers of integrated subjects who nowadays are specializing in two subjects with the limitations that reorientation brings about. The article shows a systematization of the main results derived from the implementation of the United in Education Project.
