Las políticas públicas en Cuba que tienen como sujetos a infantes, adolescentes y jóvenes brindan grandes oportunidades. Actualmente se lleva a cabo el Proyecto “Unidos para Educar” y que ejecuta la Asociación de Pedagogos de Cuba. Propiciar un mejor desempeño en los docentes y a su vez desarrollar habilidades creativas en los estudiantes de esta educación es el objetivo de la preparación que se lleva a cabo con los profesores jóvenes que laboran en estos centros, para el logro de este objetivo el proyecto desarrolla talleres, que prepara con técnicas participativas y cursos teóricos en diferentes temáticas y en el desarrollo de la creatividad.
Abstract:
Governmental policies in Cuba whose subjects are children, adolescents and youngsters offer great opportunities. Nowadays, United in Education is a project supported by the Association of Cuban Pedagogues. The objective of the project is to favor teachers’ performance and develop students’ creative skills for which newly-graduated teachers are being trained. For achieving such goals, workshops supported by theoretical courses on different subjects, the development of creativity and using participative techniques are carried out.
