Fomentar estructuras y mecanismos que permitan el intercambio coordinado y sistemático, entre los actores sociales a nivel de territorio, entre las instituciones, con el objetivo de contribuir al desarrollo endógeno, es importante para lograr la eficacia deseada. Y esto se logra desde muchas aristas, donde juega una función importante la educación. Para dar respuesta al III perfeccionamiento educacional, en tres aspectos de cambio, se propone una sub-tarea dentro de la tarea de Perfeccionamiento, que atiende el Proyecto Gestión Científica Educacional en el contexto local y comunitario, del municipio La Lisa. El objetivo del artículo es; exponer el resultado de una parte del sistema de acciones que favorecen la construcción del Proyecto Educativo Institucional desde un proceso participativo y protagónico en el Círculo Pionerito del futuro del Municipio La Lisa.
Abstract:
To foment structures and mechanisms that allow the coordinated exchange and systematic, among the social actors at territory level, among the institutions, with the objective of contributing to the endogenous development, it is important to achieve the wanted effectiveness. And this is achieved from many edges, where it plays an important function the education. To give answer to the III educational improvement, in three aspects of change, he/she intends a sub-task inside the task of Improvement that he/she assists the Project; Educational Scientific administration in the local and community context, of the municipality The Lisa. The objective of the article is; To expose the result of a part of the system of actions that they favor the construction of the Institutional Educational Project from a process participativo and protagonistic in the Circle Pioneer of the future of the Municipality the Lisa.
