La construcción de una sociedad justa y humanista, se encuentra vinculada a múltiples factores, entre ellos, la eficacia y calidad de los procesos formativos que le sirven de sustento. La efectividad de la formación de los dirigentes sindicales en Cuba, entre otros aspectos está determinada por las atribuciones y relaciones complementarias y diferenciadas de los actores de la comunidad educativa ampliada que intervienen en dicho proceso. El estudio y análisis del comportamiento de la referida problemática, reveló diferentes limitaciones, que inciden de manera negativa, en el proceso de formación de los dirigentes sindicales, cuestión que limita su adecuado desempeño en los diferentes sectores e instancias donde actúan. Sobre esta base, se plantea como objetivo del artículo: reflexionar en torno a los preceptos pedagógicos fundamentales que deben estar presentes en el diseño y concepción de la formación de dirigentes sindicales en Cuba como ejercicio de gobernanza educativa. Esta formación se presenta como una propuesta a través de maneras flexibles y ajustadas a las necesidades organizativas/funcionales y, sobre todo estratégicas y tácticas dadas la particular relevancia que tiene el ejercicio de la labor sindical para la adecuada y pertinente materialización de la gobernanza en los marcos del modelo cubano.
Abstract:
The construction of a fair and humanist society, it is linked to multiple factors, among them, the effectiveness and quality of the formative processes that serve him as sustenance. The effectiveness of the formation of the union leaders in Cuba, among other aspects is determined by the attributions and the actors' of the enlarged educational community complementary and differentiated relationships that intervene in this process. The study and analysis of the behavior of the one referred problematic, he/she revealed different limitations that impact in a negative way, in the process of the union leaders' formation, question that limits their appropriate acting in the different sectors and instances where they act. On this base, he/she thinks about as objective of the article: to meditate around the fundamental pedagogic precepts that should be present in the design and conception of the formation of union leaders in Cuba like exercise of educational Governance. This formation is presented like a proposal through flexible and adjusted way to the organizational necessities-functional and, mainly, strategic and given tactics the particular relevance that has the exercise of the union work for the appropriate and pertinent materialization of the governance in the marks of the Cuban pattern.
