En el artículo se ofrecen los fundamentos que sustentan el diseño de un Modelo de Formación para el profesional de la Educación Infantil, sobre la base de la integración curricular, resultado de la sistematización de investigaciones precedentes en las que se determinan potencialidades y necesidades de la formación de los profesionales desde esta perspectiva. Se precisan las bases conceptuales, que revelan categorías básicas comunes a las carreras del área; así como las potencialidades para la integración, a partir de puntos de convergencias en los modelos de formación del profesional.
Se ofrecen sugerencias para la determinación de los contenidos para cada una de las etapas de formación del profesional; y enfatiza en la gestión didáctica del claustro para materializar estas ideas en la práctica educativa, a partir de los diferentes niveles organizativos del trabajo metodológico.
Abstract:
The article deals with the foundations that support the design of a Model of Formation for the Childhood Education professional based on curricula integration. It is the result of the systematization of precedent research which had determined potentialities and necessities in the formation of professionals from the mentioned perspective. Conceptual foundations that determine common basic categories of related majors are defined as well as integration potentialities starting from coincidences in the models of professional formation.
Suggestions for determining the contents for each of the cycles of professional development are offered. The professors’ didactic management to bring these ideas to fruition in the teaching practice given the different organizational levels of methodological training is emphasized.
