Abstract

La calidad del tratamiento acupuntural de cervicalgia aguda en el desempeño profesional del enfermero asistencial depende en gran medida de la preparación recibida en la formación permanente y continuada. Contradictoriamente en la práctica se obstaculiza por ser poco tratada la especialidad de Ortopedia y la Medicina Natural y Tradicional desde el pregrado. Para llegar a estos resultados la autora utilizó fundamentalmente el método dialéctico materialista; se logró la caracterización del estado en el desempeño profesional de los enfermeros. La modelación científica permitió elaborar un Sistema de Talleres de capacitación sobre acupuntura en pacientes con diagnóstico de cervicalgia aguda donde se complementaron los conocimientos sobre el tema, lo que permitió el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional en este servicio y la calidad de vida del paciente.

Abstract:

The quality of acupuncture treatment of acute cervicalgia in the professional performance of the care nurse depends to a large extent on the preparation received in ongoing and ongoing training. Contradictorily in practice, the specialty of Orthopedics and Natural and Traditional Medicine is under-treated since undergraduate. To reach these results, the author fundamentally used the materialist dialectical method; the characterization of the state in the professional performance of the nurses was achieved. The scientific modeling allowed to develop a System of Training Workshops on acupuncture in patients with a diagnosis of acute cervicalgia, knowledge on the subject was complemented, which allowed the improvement of professional performance in this service and the patient's quality of life
