El objeto de estudio del trabajo que se presenta es la estimulación motivacional en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los escolares de segundo grado, en la que se propone una alternativa educativa para la estimulación motivacional que tiene en cuenta los enfoques personológico y desarrollador del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, donde se revelan las relaciones entre el funcionamiento, el desarrollo y la estimulación motivacional como una unidad compleja de análisis que fundamenta el modo en que la enseñanza puede potenciar la formación y desarrollo de la motivación, en relación con los mecanismos de su naturaleza psicológica. El proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje se concibe de manera integral no solo a través de la unidad de lo instructivo y lo educativo y de la unidad de lo afectivo y lo cognitivo, por ello resulta importante que los escolares se encuentren motivados hacia el aprendizaje lo que contribuiría significativamente no sólo al desarrollo de sus potencialidades cognitivas sino también al desarrollo de su personalidad.
Abstract:
The work presented has as object of study the motivational stimulation in the teaching-learning process in second grade schoolchildren, in which an educational alternative for motivational stimulation is proposed that takes into account the personological and developer approaches of the process. of teaching-learning, where the relationships between functioning, development and motivational stimulation are revealed as a complex unit of analysis that bases the way in which teaching can enhance the formation and development of motivation in the teaching-learning process, in relation to the mechanisms of his psychological nature. The teaching-learning process is conceived in an integral way not only through the unity of the instructive and the educational, but also through the unity of the affective and the cognitive, therefore it is important that schoolchildren are motivated towards the learning which would contribute significantly not only to the development of their cognitive potentialities but also to the development of their personality.
