La necesidad capacitar a los agentes educativos para ofrecer atención de calidad a los niños de la primera infancia con necesidades educativas especiales que participan en el Programa educa a tu hijo, constituye el centro de atención de esta investigación, el propósito esencial es la reflexión crítica sobre el tema contextualizado a la capacitación del grupo coordinador provincial del Programa educa a tu hijo para la inclusión educativa. Para su desarrollo se emplearon métodos del nivel teórico de la investigación, tales como el analítico-sintético, el histórico-lógico, el sistémico estructural, el inductivo-deductivo y el tránsito de lo abstracto a lo concreto. La aplicación de métodos empíricos como el análisis de documentos, la observación y la encuesta a los miembros del grupo coordinador, demuestran, que existen carencias en su preparación, principalmente en lo relacionado con las particularidades del desarrollo de los niños de la primera infancia con necesidades educativas especiales, los recursos para orientar las estrategias de trabajo con las familias y la comunidad en función del desarrollo integral de los niños y su inclusión educativa.
Abstract:
The need to train educational agents to offer quality educational care to the children of early childhood with special educational needs who participate in the program educates your child, constitutes the focus of this research, the essential purpose is critical reflection on the theme contextualized to the training of the provincial coordinating group of the program educates your child for educational inclusion. For its development methods of the theoretical level of the investigation were used, such as the analytic-synthetic, the historical-logical, the systemic structural, the inductive-deductive and the transit from the abstract to the concrete. The application of empirical methods such as the analysis of documents, the observation and the survey of the members of the coordinating group, show that there are deficiencies in their preparation, mainly in relation to the particularities of the development of children of early childhood with needs special education, resources to guide the strategies of working with families and the community in terms of the integral development of children and their educational inclusion.
