La educación cubana desde el triunfo de la Revolución, se ha ido perfeccionando de acuerdo con el momento histórico concreto. En una época matizada por vertiginosos avances científico – técnicos, el progreso acelerado del conocimiento y una lucha en el terreno ideológico, esta no escapa a la necesidad de implementar un nuevo giro a sus concepciones, y con ese propósito, se inició el tercer proceso de perfeccionamiento del Sistema Nacional de Educación. Una de sus exigencias es la permanente superación de los docentes y el enaltecimiento y atención a este personal. El diagnóstico realizado a los docentes de los centros de la Educación Técnica y Profesional y de Jóvenes y Adultos de la Dirección Municipal de Educación en La Lisa, arrojó la necesidad de diseñar a corto plazo, un curso de superación, como alternativa para el mejoramiento profesional y humano de dichos docentes. El curso que se implementó, se concibió con el objetivo de capacitarlos, en torno a las transformaciones que han de lograrse en las instituciones educativas como parte del experimento asociado al tercer perfeccionamiento educativo. La satisfacción manifestada por los docentes, evidenciadas en su mejoramiento profesional y humano durante el desarrollo del mismo, reconocen la viabilidad de la propuesta.
Abstract:
Cuban education since the triumph of the Revolution has been perfected according to the specific historical moment. In an era colored by vertiginous scientific and technical advances, the accelerated progress of knowledge and a struggle in the ideological field, this does not escape the need to implement a new turn to its conceptions, and with that purpose, the third process of improvement of the National Education System. One of its demands is the permanent improvement of teachers and the enhancement and attention to this staff. The diagnosis made to the teachers of the Technical and Professional Education and Youth and Adults centers of the Municipal Education Office in La Lisa, showed the need to design a short-term improvement course, as an alternative for professional improvement and human of said teachers. The course that was implemented was conceived with the objective of training them, around the transformations that have to be achieved in educational institutions as part of the experiment associated with the third educational improvement. The satisfaction expressed by the teachers, evidenced in their professional and human improvement during its development, recognize the viability of the proposal.
