Uno de los más significativos problemas del mundo actual lo constituye la formación de valores, Cuba no está exenta de esta problemática, por esta razón se ha planteado el reto de diseñar estilos de trabajo que posibiliten potenciar los mismos. Para tal fin se presenta un estudio que permita el desarrollo de la capacidad reflexiva: una vía para lograr la interiorización de los valores y su papel regulador de las relaciones y la conducta. Se proponen acciones de las personas que se aspiran a formar y los pasos necesarios para el desarrollo de la capacidad reflexiva y crítica, lo cual permite darle un pleno sentido a la vida, aceptarse y estimarse como es, facilitando una relación madura y equilibrada con los demás y por tanto una convivencia ciudadana armónica; trazarse proyectos de vida y la creación de un ambiente propicio para el desarrollo.
Abstract:
One of the most significant problems in the world today is the formation of values, Cuba is not exempt from this problem, for this reason the challenge of designing work styles that enable them to be enhanced has been raised. To this end, a study is presented that allows the development of reflective capacity: a way to achieve the internalization of values and their regulatory role of relationships and behavior. It proposes actions of the people who aspire to form and the necessary steps for the development of the reflective and critical capacity, which. it allows to give a full meaning to life, to accept and esteem as it is, facilitating a mature and balanced relationship with others and therefore a harmonious citizen coexistence; trace life projects and create an environment conducive to development.
