En el presente artículo se abordan aspectos esenciales relacionados con la actividad científica educacional y se destacan los retos y sugerencias metodológicas para trabajar desde la institución educativa hasta la Dirección Provincial de Educación en una provincia en cualquier nivel educativo. En el mismo el autor presta especial atención al significado de actividad científica educacional para emprender este tipo de trabajo, desde una perspectiva que eleva los niveles motivacionales de los escolares y docentes en el proceso de la investigación e innovación, sobre la base de la política educacional cubana. La enseñanza de las ciencias requiere de profundas transformaciones en el III Perfeccionamiento del Sistema Nacional de Educación en los diferentes niveles educativos pero no al estilo adaptativo, sino al estilo de investigador e innovador, de manera que el docente deje de ser un transmisor de conocimientos y tome conciencia de que su función es crear las posibilidades para que los escolares produzcan y construyan el conocimiento, que sienta el placer y la satisfacción de haberlos descubierto, utilizando los mismos métodos que el científico en su quehacer habitual.
Abstract:
This article addresses essential aspects related to scientific educational activity and highlights the challenges and methodological suggestions for working from the educational institution to the Provincial Directorate of Education in a province at any educational level. In it the author pays special attention to the meaning of educational scientific activity to undertake this type of work, from a perspective that raises the motivational levels of schoolchildren and teachers in the process of research and innovation, based on educational policy Cuban. Science teaching requires profound transformations in the III Improvement of the National Education System at different educational levels, but not in the adaptive style, but in the investigator and innovator style, so that the teacher ceases to be a transmitter of knowledge and become aware that its function is to create the possibilities for schoolchildren to produce and build knowledge, to feel the pleasure and satisfaction of having discovered them, using the same methods as the scientist in his usual work.
