En nuestro contexto, los jóvenes que ingresan al establecimiento penitenciario ¨Jóvenes de Occidente¨ constituyen grupos sociales portadores de trastornos de personalidad, con grandes afectaciones en los aspectos afectivos, volitivos y actitudinales. Para la elaboración de la estrategia educativa, se han tenido en cuenta la fundamentación teórica general (filosófica, pedagógica y psicológica), la proyección de la labor educativa a través de un sistema de actividades educativas en correspondencia con los objetivos que se pretenden alcanzar en la formación de la personalidad del joven interno y una concepción educativa de trabajo con la población penal en la que se involucran todos los agentes socializadores del proceso educativo que los prepare de manera efectiva para la inserción social.
Abstract:
In our context, the youths that enter to the penitentiary establishment ¨Jóvenes of Occidente¨ constitute groups social payees of dysfunctions of personality, with big affectations in the affective, volitional and actitudinal aspects. For the elaboration of the educational strategy, they have been kept in mind the general theoretical foundation (philosophical, pedagogic and psychological), the projection of the educational work through a system of educational activities in correspondence with the objectives that are sought to reach in the formation of the internal youth's personality and an educational conception of work with the penal population in that all the social´s agents of the educational process are involved which prepares them in an effective way for the social insert.
