En el nuevo milenio los problemas fundamentales del hombre relacionados con la salud, la educación, la supervivencia y el bienestar social general, no se han resuelto en todo el planeta, estos son diferentes en cada continente y en cada país. Es por eso, que resulta pertinente realizar estudios que permitan un recuento de lo que se ha hecho, en Angola, para garantizar el desarrollo: económico, social y cultural del país, entre ellos, lo relacionado con la educación. Angola marcó un viraje histórico, en el acontecer nacional, el 11 de noviembre de 1975 con el alcance de la independencia, y abrió una nueva era en la historia de su pueblo, y fue la primera reforma educativa, uno de sus logros más destacados.
Abstract:
In the new millennium the fundamental problems of man related to health, education, survival and general social welfare, have not been resolved throughout the planet, these are different in each continent and in each country. That is why, it is pertinent to carry out studies that allow a recount of what has been done, in Angola, to guarantee the development: economic, social and cultural of the country, including those related to education. Angola marked a historic turn, in the national event, on November 11, 1975 with the scope of independence, and opened a new era in the history of its people, and was the first educational reform, one of its most outstanding achievements
