El desarrollo y la influencia de la ciencia y la técnica en los procesos sociales, productivos y económicos exige cada vez más, de una integración entre las universidades y la sociedad, con vistas a la superación de los directores que laboran en la Enseñanza Secundaria Técnico–Profesional en la República de Angola. Las actuales transformaciones que se llevan a cabo en este subsistema, como parte de la política educativa en el país, exigen la necesidad de mejoramiento del desempeño profesional de los directores de las escuelas de Enseñanza Secundaria Técnico-Profesional. Es en este sentido es que se propone un modelo de superación para el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional de este personal directivo. La realización de las indagaciones empíricas y teóricas durante el proceso investigativo permitió determinar el estado del desempeño profesional, a partir de la determinación de las dimensiones e indicadores para su evaluación. La propuesta del modelo prioriza entre sus relaciones esenciales la concepción sistémica y sistemática de la superación con vista al mejoramiento del desempeño, el carácter flexible, integral y contextualizado del proceso, el diagnóstico y la formación de alianzas estratégicas con instituciones investigativas y de producción. Su establecimiento en la práctica y su constatación en un plano teórico ha permitido reconocer la viabilidad de este, con vista al mejoramiento de este director, considerando las actuales exigencias de Enseñanza Secundaria Técnico - Profesional.
Abstract:
The development and influence of science and technology in social, productive and economic processes increasingly requires an integration between universities and society, with a view to overcoming the directors working in Technical Secondary Education - Professional in the Republic of Angola. The current transformations that are carried out in this subsystem, as part of the educational policy in the country, demand the need to improve the professional performance of the directors of the Technical-Professional Secondary Schools. It is in this sense that a model of improvement is proposed for the improvement of the professional performance of this managerial staff. The realization of empirical and theoretical inquiries during the research process allowed to determine the status of professional performance, based on the determination of the dimensions and indicators for its evaluation. The proposal of the model prioritizes among its essential relationships the systemic and systematic conception of overcoming with a view to improving performance, the flexible, comprehensive and contextualized nature of the process, the diagnosis and the formation of strategic alliances with research and production institutions. Its establishment in practice and its verification on a theoretical level has allowed recognizing the viability of this, with a view to the improvement of this director, considering the current requirements of Technical - Vocational Secondary Education.
