La lectura es una de las principales vías de acceso a la cultura, contribuye a un mayor desarrollo de las habilidades comunicativas, dominio del vocabulario y la ortografía; ejerce gran influencia en los sentimientos, las emociones, y en la imaginación. Los libros son una vía para adquirir, para renovar y para enriquecer conocimientos; un medio de educación permanente, el crecimiento vertiginoso y el volumen de información del mundo contemporáneo que se obtiene con el surgimiento de las nuevas tecnologías, no han disminuido su atractivo. No existen indicadores que permitan medir quién es lector y quién no, pero hablamos de un “lector” cuando se mantiene una relación estable con los libros, cuando hay vicio de lectura. Una extensa bibliografía relaciona formas y actividades para desarrollar una estrategia en diferentes ámbitos. Como resultado de ello y de experiencias prácticas, en este trabajo se proponen algunas acciones, para lograr que se produzca una necesidad por la lectura, ese placer irrenunciable.
Abstract:
Reading is one of the main ways of access to culture, it contributes to the further development of communication skills, mastery of vocabulary and spelling; exerts great influence on feelings, emotions, and imagination. Books are a way to acquire, to renew and to enrich knowledge; a means of permanent education, the dizzying growth and the volume of information of the contemporary world that is obtained with the emergence of new technologies, have not diminished its attractiveness. There are no indicators to measure who is a reader and who is not, but we talk about a "reader" when maintaining a stable relationship with books, when there is reading vice. An extensive bibliography relates ways and activities to develop a strategy in different fields. As a result of this and of practical experiences, in this work some actions are proposed, in order to achieve a need for reading, that inalienable pleasure.
