Uno de los propósitos de la Revolución cubana ha sido la formación de la nueva generación, implicando la renovación de los modelos educacionales, los cuales deben responder a las exigencias de la contemporaneidad, por ello se busca utilizar la experiencia de la escuela primaria en el desarrollo de la inclusión escolar para ofrecer especial atención hacia la diversidad, vista como una condición real del ser humano, proporcionando los recursos necesarios para que todos tengan los mismos derechos y posibilidades. Desde esta óptica se impone la ejecución de estrategias enfocadas hacia el mejoramiento de la atención educativa a partir de una adecuada inclusión escolar y también hacia el perfeccionamiento del trabajo docente - metodológico, científico -pedagógico de superación. Se propone en este trabajo una estrategia pedagógica para el perfeccionamiento de la inclusión escolar en la escuela primaria para la atención a la diversidad con escolares que presentan dificultades en el aprendizaje. La novedad y actualidad de esta investigación, se centra en que es una propuesta para el mejoramiento del proceso de inclusión escolar en la escuela primaria para la atención a la diversidad educativa, la actual experiencia está enriquecida al aplicarla en la escuela primaria Eterno Baraguá del consejo seis del municipio La Lisa.
Abstract:
One of the purposes of the Cuban Revolution has been the formation of the new generation, involving the renewal of educational models, which must respond to the demands of contemporaneity, so it seeks to use the experience of primary school in development of school inclusion to offer special attention to diversity, seen as a real condition of the human being, providing the necessary resources so that everyone has the same rights and possibilities. From this point of view, the execution of strategies focused on the improvement of educational attention is imposed from an adequate school inclusion and also towards the improvement of the teaching - methodological, scientific-pedagogical work of overcoming. This paper proposes a pedagogical strategy for the improvement of school inclusion in primary school for the attention to diversity with school children who have learning difficulties. The novelty and topicality of this research, focuses on what is a proposal for the improvement of the process of school inclusion in primary school for the attention to educational diversity, the current experience is enriched when applied in the Eterno Baraguá primary school of the council six of the municipality La Lisa.
