La familia es la primera institución socializadora en la que el hombre se desenvuelve, constituye la célula básica de la sociedad. La escuela y la comunidad poseen un protagonismo indiscutible en la formación y desarrollo humano. En la presente investigación se desarrollan Talleres para la orientación familiar como alternativa motivacional de escolares en con déficit en el aprendizaje de la escuela primaria Ramiro Valdés. El trabajo comprende la identificación de las necesidades en la orientación familiar, se identificaron las principales características que manifiesta la orientación a las familias con escolares que presentan déficit en el aprendizaje. Deficiencias en sus modos de actuación se proponen 10 talleres que abordan diversas temáticas. Se logró la motivación y la inserción e implicación consciente y activa de la familia dentro de la institución escolar. Se inserta en el proyecto educativo Ramiro Valdés como parte del perfeccionamiento de la educación primaria. Los talleres se sustentan en referentes teóricos, metodológicos y prácticos de la orientación a las familias de escolares con déficit en el aprendizaje en la escuela, como parte del trabajo inclusivo y del proyecto educativo institucional de la escuela primaria Ramiro Valdés.
Abstract:
The family is the first socializing institution in which man develops, constitutes the basic cell of society. The school and the community have an unquestionable role in training and human development. In this research, workshops for family orientation are developed as a motivational alternative for schoolchildren with a deficit in learning at Ramiro Valdés elementary school. The work includes the identification of the needs in the family orientation, the main characteristics identified by the orientation to the families with school children who have learning deficits were identified. Deficiencies in its modes of action are proposed 10 workshops that address various topics. The motivation and the insertion and conscious and active involvement of the family within the school institution were achieved. It is inserted in educational project Ramiro Valdés as part of the improvement of primary education. The workshops are based on theoretical, methodological and practical references of the orientation to the families of schoolchildren with learning deficits in primary school, as an art of inclusive work and of the institutional educational project of the Ramiro Valdés school.
