Abstract

El artículo es el resultado de  estudios realizados acerca de las premisas que contribuyen a mejorar la formación, desarrollo y aplicación de las habilidades profesionales  que necesitan los egresados en la Educación Técnica y profesional y de los docentes que se forman en la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas “Héctor Alfredo Pineda Zaldívar  como directores  del proceso pedagógico profesional del técnico de nivel medio superior en la especialidad de electricidad. Se evidencia la aplicación técnico-pedagógica, aspecto que está en desarrollo en la didáctica de las asignaturas técnicas, específicamente para la carrera eléctrica y es aplicable como guía u orientación del mantenimiento eléctrico, actividad indispensable dado la política industrial actual con el fin de garantizar la estabilidad en los procesos productivos y prolongar la vida útil de los sistemas eléctricos que en estos intervienen.

Abstract:

This article is the result of a research done about the premises that contribute to the improvement of formation, development and implementation of the professional skills required from Technical and Professional graduates and teachers at Héctor A. Pineda Zaldívar University of Pedagogical Sciences as participants of the pedagogical process in the Electricity Major. The implementation of a technical-pedagogical methodology is in progress, in the didactics of the different technical subjects, especially in the Electricity Major. It has become a guideline for electrical maintenance, an essential activity in the current industrial policy in order to guarantee stability in the productive processes and to prolong the life-span of electrical systems operating in such processes.
